Formed in 2001 by four Peruvian musicians/DJs - Ramon Perez-Prieto, Grimaldo Del Solar, Rafael Morales, and Carlos Li Carrillo - Novalima combine traditional Afro-Peruvian rhythms with dubby electronica. Their line up is completed by renowned Lima musicians Juan Medrano Cotito, Mangüe Vasquez, Marcos Mosquera, Constantino Alvarez and singer Milagros Guerrero. Together they have created a new funky Latin groove taking deep roots to city dancefloors around the world.
